Holiday accommodation in a cosy, yet spacious 1930’s Tenterfield red brick cottage for up to 6 people.

Elgetha oozes ambiance and romance - wood fire to keep you warm on our chilly winter evenings and to set the scene for romance and cosy relaxation. 2 queen and 2 single beds cater for up to 6 guests in comfort. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen for those who like to stay in and cook – tea & coffee, along with some basic pantry items are provided. Alternatively, we are less than a 5 minute stroll to the centre of town and a range of restaurants and cafes.

Take a few days to enjoy what Tenterfield has to offer – do as little or as much as your mood takes you - national parks, wineries, historical museums,organised cultural tours, self-guided walks, movies, boutique shopping, cafes & restaurants all are on offer in Tenterfield. You can also enjoy a round of golf at the picturesque Tenterfield golf club;stroll the recently completed walking track along the creek parkland; or wander around the bird and wildlife park. Or you may prefer to stay in, light a few candles, put on some soft music, relax with a good book in front of the log fire and just enjoy the unique ambiance of our beautiful cottage and gardens.
