Rates
For 1- 2 persons:
$155 for first night
$135 for second night
$110 for each additional night
$780 per week

Additional persons:
$25 extra per person per night. Concessions may be available for children on longer stays. Please ask for details. A portacot/bassinet is available for babies/toddlers at no extra charge.

N.B. This offer is available only for bookings made through this website and not in conjunction with any other special deal.. Public holidays exempt.
We welcome one-night stays with the exception of long-weekends, local special events (Oracles, Beer Fest, Wintersong & Food & Wine Festival) and Christmas/New Year period.

2. Credit Card - Visa or MasterCard only. Please phone card details through to 0419 744212
3. Cheque payable to "Elgetha Cottage". Post to 135 Rouse Street Tenterfield, NSW 2372
Regardless of method of payment, credit card details must be supplied for all bookings in lieu of a bond payment.

Terms & Conditions:
- Additional cost for extra persons $25 per person per night (Cottage accommodates 6 persons)
- Check-in Time from 2.30 pm - earlier check-in at no extra charge can be arranged if available.
- Check-out Time by 10.30 am.
- 50% of total cost is required to confirm booking and remainder to be paid on day of arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded with 14 days notice of cancellation of the booking. If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit will be retained, however it may be possible to transfer the deposit to another booking. A Cancellation/Transfer fee of $25 will apply in all instances.
- No refunds will be given for early departure.
- We reserve the right to apply a $50 surcharge for cleaning, should the cottage not be left in an acceptable state.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, however all existing bookings will be honoured at the rate applicable at the time of booking.
- Rates effective 1st March 2012.
